Order Delivery Process
All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.
Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday or on a weekend will be posted the next business day (i.e. the following Monday).
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an ‘Order Processing’ notification email from us. Please check to see if this has been redirected to your “junk email” inbox.
Once your order has been packed and sent by us, you will receive an ‘Order Complete’ notification email.
Tracking Your Order
For Australian Orders
All orders will be sent via Australia Post so that your parcel will reach you no matter where in Australia you are.
Our free orders are sent out without tracking and ordinarily take around 7 business days to be delivered.
If you’d like tracking with your order OR if you need it super quick, please choose express post at the checkout :)
